Common Questions.
Can I cancel anytime?
FIT is a membership club with a 6-month minimum commitment — not a drop-in service. Cancelling within the initial 6 months will incur a termination fee. After the minimum period, you may cancel with 30 days' written notice prior to your next billing cycle. Exceptions apply for relocation (25+ miles) or a qualifying medical condition with a doctor's note.
Need to pause? You can freeze your membership for up to 3 months (non-medical) or 6 months (medical) once per cycle instead of cancelling.

What are the studio rules and policies?
All members are required to read and agree to our Studio Policies & Etiquette document before their first class. It covers class reservations, late cancellations ($25 fee or loss of a class credit), late arrivals, equipment use, conduct, and health & safety standards.

Is there a joining fee?
No joining fee. You pay your first month's rate and that's it. We don't believe in charging people for the privilege of giving us their money.
How does On Demand work?
Premier members get access to the full On Demand library through the FIT member portal — available on desktop, iOS, and Android. New classes are added weekly. The library includes full-length class recordings from our studio instructors, taught exactly as they'd appear live.
